
What payment method options do I have?
Note to Customer regarding ACH Authorization:
Your water payment will, at your request and upon submittal of the automatic payment withdrawal authorization form, be withdrawn from your checking account each month on the 8th or the next business day following the 8th of the month.
All authorized signers on your bank account will need to sign giving their authorization for the withdrawal. The form must be filled out in entirety. The form will not be processed without an accompanying VOIDED check on the bank account you wish the funds withdrawn from.
There is a possible month’s delay in getting your account set up in our system for the withdrawal. We will make every effort to notify you of the date your withdrawals will begin.
Please watch your monthly bill. If you are set up for automatic payment withdrawal, you will continue to receive your monthly water bill. Your bill will state ACH PAYMENT – DO NOT PAY. If this note does not appear on your bill, you will need to continue to pay through other methods.
